Reporting of illegal acts– Whistleblowing

Pursuant to and for the purposes of (It.) Legislative Decree no. 24/2023 regarding the protection of those reporting violations of national or European Union regulatory provisions that harm the public interest or the integrity of the Entity

Whistleblowing, or the reporting of alleged wrongdoing, is a corruption prevention system introduced in compliance with the requirements of the new regulations on the protection of whistleblowers.
The whistleblowing manager is required to observe the following:

• assess the admissibility of the report in terms of the fulfilment of its essential requirements
• if the report is not adequately substantiated, ask the reporting person for further elements to supplement it
• keep the identity of the whistleblower and the contents of the report strictly confidential
• within 7 days of receipt, issue the reporting person with an acknowledgement of receipt
• maintain a dialogue with the reporting person
• properly follow up on the report received
• provide feedback to the reporting person

The Company processes the data collected in accordance with the DISCLOSURE ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ART.13 OF REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for whistleblowers and persons involved in whistleblowing.

All persons whom the law indicates as being susceptible to protection from retaliatory acts, should they wish to file a report, have access to the Corporate portal for reporting alleged wrongdoing.
